Add a QR code

Use QR code when a form should be opened from printed or offline material such as posters, flyers, event signs, receipts, table cards, or booth displays.

Steps

  1. Open Publish > Share and choose QR code.
  2. Select Show QR Code.
  3. Enter campaign tracking values. Source defaults to qr, Medium defaults to offline, and empty optional fields are omitted from the generated link.
  4. Choose foreground and background colors. Keep strong contrast so phones can scan the code reliably.
  5. Copy the generated tracked link when you need the exact URL.
  6. Download the QR code as PNG for common image use or SVG for vector/print workflows.
  7. Scan the QR code from the final printed or displayed size before publishing the campaign.

Expected result

The QR code opens the published form URL with the configured UTM campaign parameters. The preview, copied link, PNG download, and SVG download all use the same generated URL.

Limitations

QR codes are generated in the browser and are not saved as campaign records. The first version supports PNG and SVG output with foreground/background colors, but it does not add logos, short links, or PDF sheets. Very long campaign values can make the QR URL too large; shorten the values when the editor shows the URL length warning.

Verification

The QR code publish option was verified with frontend build output, JavaScript syntax checks, and a generated QR SVG smoke test for a tracked form URL.
